QUALIFICATIONS OBJECTIVES
This 60-credit, Level 4 Executive Diploma provides a practical and strategic foundation in core marketing management principles. Designed for current and aspiring executives, the course focuses on understanding the customer, developing strategic market plans, analysing competitive environments, and applying insights into both consumer and business markets. Participants will gain the essential knowledge and tools to drive customer value, build effective marketing strategies, and contribute to business growth.
Upon successful completion of this diploma, participants will be able to:
Define and Deliver Customer Value: Explain the core concept of customer value and its central role in modern marketing, and propose strategies for creating and capturing it.
Formulate Strategic Market Plans: Analyse the interrelationship between corporate strategy and marketing strategy, and develop an integrated strategic marketing plan.
Assess the Market Landscape: Evaluate the key forces within the micro and macro marketing environments (political, economic, social, technological, etc.) to identify opportunities and threats.
Analyse Consumer Decision Processes: Explain the major factors influencing consumer behaviour and apply models to predict and influence customer purchase decisions.
Identify B2B Market Characteristics: Differentiate between consumer and business-to-business (B2B) markets, and outline the unique processes and behaviours involved in organisational buying.
